To ensure the transfer to the next generation of farmers in 2020, the RJM Côté farm began using robotic systems. A new barn was built using the latest technology. They renovated their old barn to make it more comfortable for dry cows and heifers. The use of robotics means they can reduce the number of employees and facilitate the day-to-day work. Their schedules are more flexible, and more time can be devoted to managing the herd.
