The owners are Daniel, Michel and Luc Ouellet. They took over from their father Aurélien who had bought the farm from his uncle, Benoît Ouellet, in 1959.
The dairy herd goes out to pasture every day from mid-May to mid-October, making good use of the hilly terrain and reducing the workload associated with hay harvesting. Minimum tillage has been in place on the farm for several years and windbreak hedges have been planted. These two practices reduce the risk of soil erosion.
