The owners
Serge and his daughter Pamela are the owners. Pamela mainly takes care of the herd with the help of her father. The succession is guaranteed! Pamela, who loves animals, decided at a very young age to become a shareholder of the farm and to take on managing the herd. She will undoubtedly pass on her love of the profession to her two children.
Methods
The two shareholders are supported by Jonathan, Pamela’s partner, for everything concerning the fields and for various barn work. The farm is constantly being improved in order to make the animals more comfortable. The calves are now fed by an automated feeding machine. Ventilation was improved and some of the stalls were enlarged to accommodate the cows. The farm’s dry cows and heifers are free-range. Oats, barley and canola are also grown.
